Our Izzy Skirt in Blue Safari was designed to match our Izzy Top in matching print! It has two tiers and a cute ruffle in the lower tier. The waist has smocking which gives it some stretch for a better fit. This is a fun contrasting print with the effect of animals stamped over the wilderness!
