Founded in America in 1944, Salt-Water Sandals were originally made from scrap leather as a way to cope with leather shortages in World War II. Over 75 years on and Hoy shoes' classic designs continue to deliver durable leather comfort with a fashion savvy attitude. Why are they called Salt-Water Sandals you ask? Because they are great for running in and out of the ocean (or even splashing in puddles!)
