Care Guide

Caring for your elly Clothing

We recommend cold hand wash with a mild detergent. Please avoid using organic detergent.

Separate light colours from dark. Rinse until water runs clear then gently wring out each garment before hanging.

Expect slight colour run from initial washes.

Delicate lace garments should be dry cleaned.

Iron fabrics with gold foil on the reverse.

If you prefer to machine wash, use cold water on a gentle cycle. Place garments in a laundry net before placing in the machine.

Do not soak, bleach, or tumble dry.

Caring for Your Shoes

Where necessary, clean leather shoes with a damp cloth and dry in shade away from direct sunlight.

Salt-Water Sandals and Native shoes can be hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Use a cloth to wipe them down and dry flat. Native shoes should be placed in a cool and dry area.

Selected Pediped shoes may be machine-washable.

Remove inner lining or in-soles before wash. Always refer to your shoe packaging for detailed care instructions.

Caring for Your Jellycat Toy

Unless otherwise stated on the sew-in fabric Jellycat label, Jellycat recommends that you surface wash only, using mild soap and rinsing with cold water. Some soothers and comforters are suitable for cool machine wash - please always check the sew-in label.

To help return the fur on your stuffed toy to its former glory, it can then be carefully dried with a hair dryer using little or no heat. The toy should then be hung for several days to completely air dry.

Jitter Toys and Musical Pulls should be sponge cleaned.

Machine wash is not recommended. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, or iron.

Do note that your Jellycat toy will show signs of having been loved over time and its texture will change even with the most careful cleaning.
